Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve and surpass revenue goals.

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that maximize market share and performance.

Set clear individual and team KPIs; monitor results through CRM systems and data‑driven insights.

Conduct daily meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations to maintain focus and momentum.

Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to align on lead generation and conversion initiatives.

Analyze market trends, performance data, and customer feedback to optimize sales effectiveness.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

6–7+ years of B2C sales experience, ideally in real estate, brokerage, or other high‑value consumer industries.

Proven record of achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.

Strong leadership background managing 10+ direct reports (20+ total).

Deep understanding of the Saudi real estate market.

Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
