Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Senior Technical Sales Specialist. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their audiovisual needs, presenting tailored AV solutions, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process. The specialist will handle client inquiries, deliver product demonstrations, collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, and ensure long‑term client satisfaction through exceptional service and support. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staying updated with the latest AV technologies will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional support.
• Strong Technical Support experience, with the ability to understand and explain audiovisual systems and solutions.
• Experience in the audiovisual industry or related technical fields is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
