Overview
The HR Executive Secretary provides comprehensive administrative and HR support to the Head of HR, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department. The role involves managing daily schedules, preparing professional reports and presentations, maintaining HR records, and assisting in the coordination of HR assignments and projects, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Duties
- Manage the Head of HR’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update HR files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate and follow up on HR projects, assignments, and deadlines.
- Organize departmental meetings, workshops, and events.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive secretarial or HR administrative role, preferably in healthcare or a corporate environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.High level of integrity and confidentiality.Seniority level
