نحن نبحث عن مدير موارد بشرية لإدارة جميع جوانب الموارد البشرية والشؤون الإدارية والقانونية في شركتنا الرائدة في صيانة السيارات الأوروبية بالرياض.
Job Purpose : الهدف الرئيسي من هذا الدور هو التحكم بكافة عمليات التوظيف واختيار كفاءات الشركة، بالإضافة إلى تحقيق أقصى درجات الكفاءة عبر تقييم ومتابعة أداء الموظفين وتنسيق برامج التدريب والتطوير. من الضروري أن يكون للمدراء المهارات اللازمة للتعامل مع القضايا الخاصة بالموظفين بما يضمن تأمين بيئة عمل ايجابية وصحية.
Responsibilities
- إدارة الموارد البشرية والشؤون الإدارية والقانونية في الشركة
- تنظيم وتطبيق عمليات التوظيف واختيار الكفاءات
- تقييم ومتابعة أداء الموظفين
- تنسيق برامج التدريب والتطوير
- التعامل مع قضايا الموظفين وحلها
- الإشراف على جميع الإجراءات الإدارية المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية
- إنشاء لائحة نظام العمل داخلي
- إعداد الوصف الوظيفي وفقًا للهيكل التنظيمي للشركة
- التعرف إلى التشريعات والأنظمة الخاصة بسوق العمل السعودي
