Greet customers, assist with product selection, provide product information, and resolve inquiries and complaints professionally. Sales and Transactions :

Process sales accurately via POS system, handle cash and card transactions securely, and ensure proper product packaging. Inventory Management :

Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and report discrepancies. Store Maintenance :

Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensure attractive displays, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Promotion and Marketing :

Support marketing strategies, promote offers, and gather customer feedback for improvements. Team Collaboration :

Work with team members, participate in meetings, and assist in training new staff. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a bakery or food environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills for transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Proficiency in Arabic and basic English (preferred). Additional Requirements Excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards.
