What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their property needs.
- Market and sell luxury residential and commercial properties in Riyadh and beyond.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and finesse.
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and regulations in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and elevate the Christie’s brand.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (luxury sales experience preferred).Strong knowledge of the Riyadh real estate market and cultural nuances.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English (multilingual is a plus).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Valid Saudi driver’s license and ability to travel within Riyadh.Nice-to-Haves
Experience with luxury real estate or high-end client services.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).Established network of clients or industry contacts in Saudi Arabia.What We Offer
