JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary / Objective

To acquire new merchants with the focus to retain them and maintain good relationship with them. This includes the ability to upsell and cross-sell services fulfilling company’s strategic direction.

Essential Functions

Execute assigned acquisition plan and strategic direction to not only fulfill the required KPIs but also to exceed them.
Acquire new merchants by using different communication tools (digital and offline)
Generate lead, tasks, and activities on CRM.
Develop and increase business by following up on potential merchants with face-to-face presentations and meetings with clients.
Meeting merchants and negotiating terms of contract
Provide regular detailed activity reports and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI

Competencies

Strong Business knowledge of Financial Services and Marketing (both creative and disruptive)

Sales and negotiation techniques

Strong interpersonal

Demonstrated ability to interpret and adapt to client needs and expectations

Positive energetic attitude and enthusiasm for developing out of the box strategies and models

Collaborative – Works collaboratively across the business to share best practice and specialist knowledge within the Digital Innovation Dep.

Preferred Education and Experience

3 years of demonstrated sales in the Fintech and Payment vertical.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or relevant subject

Proactive and confident attitude, able to work individually and as a team

Entrepreneur mindset, result oriented, methodical and structured

Pre-sales and post-sales support
