A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an Office Manager for their Riyadh office.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales, Marketing & Commercial Team.
- Manage and organize trips, meetings, conferences (invoices, bookings, tickets, etc.).
- Oversee office supplies, infrastructure, and suppliers.
- Manage local vendors\' communications.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office / administrative support. Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.Solid presentation and reporting skills.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in Riyadh.Hiring?
