About the Role
We are looking for an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure everything runs efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting multiple departments to maintain a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. Supervise office supplies, handle shortages, and coordinate purchasing requests. Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional office environment. Oversee maintenance, cleaning, and vendor coordination for office services. Support internal communication and assist in preparing reports or follow-ups. Receive certain tasks or updates from the CEO and assign them to the appropriate team members. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence when needed. Support HR and administrative processes (attendance, documents, onboarding, etc.). Ensure all office tools, equipment, and systems are functioning properly. Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or administrative coordination. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. Professional attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach. Seniority level
