Sales & Marketing Manager will have full responsibility for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive aggressive growth in revenue and profitability of the company’s products. Reports to : Marketing & Sales Director. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business plan to drive growth in revenue and profitability. Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability goals for all products. Research, test, and launch creative strategies and plans to identify new marketing, sales, business, and product opportunities to expand the business. Own all aspects of product management including Price, Volume, Margin, Portfolio development. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods, including distribution channels. Provide market and competitive intelligence to field sales and product managers through market research, trend analysis, and other data mining methodologies and resources. Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. Recruit, develop, and challenge a highly motivated, technically competent, and loyal team that can deliver results and grow into additional responsibility and leadership in the organization. Direct the planning and development of division marketing, sales and product communications materials to establish and maintain a consistent and professional corporate image including website.
