Position Overview

Leading local group is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager for a significant part of their business. Due to rapid growth and expansion, this is a new position reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role will be split approximately 70% marketing and 30% business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the identification of market potential areas, establishing pricing and market strategies.
• Prepare annual sales, gross profit, and advertising budget.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding operations and product information.
• Analyze sales trends, dealer stock levels, seasonality, and competition.
• Reinforce and strengthen brand image by implementing category / product strategies.
• Create or stimulate demand through marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and advertisements.
• Suggest channel development strategies to increase sales volume across all categories.
• Develop mid-term marketing strategies in collaboration with the General Manager.

Candidate Requirements

Additional Skills

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a bonus.
