Marketing and Sales Operations Territory Manager at Caterpillar Inc. Based in Riyadh, KSA, you will collaborate with Cat dealers to build capability, drive process improvement, and execute Marketing and Sales Operations related strategies in the EAME Distribution region. Your Role

Our EAME Distribution Middle East & Eurasia Region team is looking for a driven and passionate Marketing and Sales Operations Territory Manager to join the newly opened Caterpillar office in Riyadh, KSA. You will work with dealers to drive improvements and develop solutions that support meeting customer needs. What You Will Do

As a dealer-facing representative, collaborate with Cat dealers to build capability, drive process improvement, and execute Marketing and Sales Operations strategies. Lead in designing, architecting, and implementing improvement projects; leverage data storytelling to shape a data-driven organization. Develop a project portfolio to simplify and enhance practices and support dealers in meeting customer needs. Govern dealer execution of programs that increase sales and improve customer experience. Advise on marketing and sales initiatives, dealer / customer strategies, systems, and processes. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to business plan execution, operational improvement, and targets. Consult with dealers on ways to improve marketing and sales capabilities and support the overall business development process. Travel locally : 30% Skills You Will Have

Value Selling : Demonstrate product / service value and differentiate offerings to meet customer needs. What You Must Have

University degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years’ experience in Marketing, Sales or Strategy roles involving dealer / customer interactions. Fluent in English and Arabic. Global Perspective : Experience on international projects and understanding of diverse markets. CRM systems and Sales Funnel Management with track lead performance (e.g., Salesforce). Strong account management and strategic account planning experience. Analytical mindset with ability to analyze data and derive insights. What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in process improvement focused on customer experience. Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across audiences. What We Offer
