Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues under the guidance of senior staff Support the monitoring of network performance and report any anomalies Participate in network upgrades and improvements as needed Document procedures and technical support activities Learn and adhere to industry best practices and network security protocols Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS) Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous internship or coursework related to networking is a plus Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship program Seniority level
