We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The role involves on-site deployment at client premises to support, operate, and maintain complex enterprise networks. It requires deep technical expertise, operational skills, and the ability to work in a high-demand environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network systems to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Provide proactive maintenance and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams for issue resolution and network changes.
• Participate in change control processes and support 24 / 7 operations.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and activities.
• Implement and upgrade network solutions, including migrations and updates.
• Conduct testing, validation, and prepare technical documentation.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and support.
• Deliver technical support and knowledge transfer sessions.
