Providers & Network Specialist

We’re seeking a Providers & Network Specialist to help manage and expand our network of garages and service centers, ensuring operational efficiency and service quality.

• Identify and onboard new service providers that meet quality and operational standards.
• Maintain relationships with existing garages and service centers across the kingdom.
• Monitor service provider compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Track service performance and resolve operational issues or complaints.
• Support negotiations and renewals of provider agreements.
• Conduct periodic evaluations and field visits to assess provider quality.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth claims and service workflows.
