Network Engineer

Overview

Technology – Network Engineering, Hardware Support (HP)

Skills :

• In-depth understanding of traditional circuit-switched telecom networks with an emphasis on capacity, fault, and traffic management
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Hardware (HP 9000 Superdome servers), Operating System (HP-UX 11.11) & Database (Tuxedo) issues
• Unix Shell Scripting
• Understanding of IP networking (CCNA or better preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage customer relationships and projects with minimal oversight / direction
