Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Network Administrator or similar role. Saudi Nationality is required. Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, etc.). Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise network devices (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet). Knowledge of network security tools and practices. Familiarity with monitoring tools and network performance optimization techniques. Preferred certifications : CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+.
” The Job Description”
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and other related devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection / prevention systems.
- Administer network services such as DNS, DHCP, IP address management, and VLANs.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for network systems.
- Coordinate with IT support teams to resolve end-user connectivity issues.
- Prepare and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configuration files, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades and improvements to network systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and industry standards.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed.
