Requirements : - Must be fluent in Nepali and have basic communication skills in English - A minimum of 1 year experience as a personal trainer or relevant fitness certification - Knowledge of various workout techniques and equipment - Ability to create tailored workout plans based on clients' needs and goals - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate clients - Must have own visa and flexible availability for part-time work

Responsibilities : - Conduct initial fitness assessments for new clients to determine their current physical abilities, health history, and fitness goals - Create personalized workout plans for each client based on their individual needs, preferences, and limitations - Provide one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries - Motivate, encourage, and track clients' progress towards their fitness goals - Offer nutritional advice and guidance to support clients' overall health journey
