will assist the HR team with employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management tasks. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical HR experience. Requirements

Assist in organizing recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews Support employee onboarding and record maintenance Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and surveys Participate in performance review cycles and prepare related reports Maintain HR databases and update employee records Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks Interest in learning HR practices and employee engagement Seniority level
