Trainer

to join our coaching team. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and lead training sessions with a focus on safety, proper technique, and posture. Create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for all members. Support trial members through the onboarding process and help convert them into active members. Understand members’ needs and goals, provide alternative exercises, and motivate them to achieve results. Ensure equipment and studio technology are in good working condition. Demonstrate exercises using standard concepts and training methods. Complete all required academy courses for continuous development.
