As the Lead Trainer, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs to enhance employee performance, engagement, and development. Leading a team of three, you will ensure training initiatives align with business goals while continuously optimising delivery methods and staying ahead of industry best practices. Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business goals and employee development needs. Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality training content across formats such as in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job coaching. Ensure training materials reflect the brand’s tone, values, and cultural context relevant to the Saudi market. Plan and maintain a structured training calendar, ensuring timely and consistent program rollout. Monitor trainee progress, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support to enhance learning outcomes. Track, analyse, and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay updated on learning and development trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and impactful. Collaborate with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organisational priorities. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Trainers and Training Coordinators, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support. Foster a collaborative and learner-focused team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous growth.
