To develop the foodservice business with new and existing customers across Makkah to achieve set sales targets.
Responsibilities
New customers : Seek new customers with the assigned area to develop the customer base; Close deals and contracts with new customers.
Building business with customers and distribution : Use the company’s products to offer customers solutions to their needs; Maximize the number of products purchased by customers to maximize sales results; Develop and conduct ideas, plans and activities that will contribute to sales growth.
Managing customer relationships : Build and maintain a strong relationship and partnership with customers especially with decision makers; Provide customers with superior customer service levels to gain their loyalty and sustain long term business relationships; Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to ensure high service levels; Develop and maintain strong product know-how to be able to advise and convince customers through technical knowledge.
Receivables and collection : Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms to sustain the company’s cash flow levels.
Job requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.
1 – 3 years’ experience in FMCG or hospitality industry, preferably in Sales related roles, or a completed internship in Sales & Marketing
