  • Job Summary

    As a Sales Executive at Tap&Eat, you will play a key role in acquiring new restaurant partners. Your mission is to identify leads, pitch the value of our platform, and build strong relationships with decision-makers. You\'ll be the front line of Tap&Eat’s expansion, directly contributing to our company growth.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, contact, and qualify restaurant leads through calls, emails, and visits.
  • Present and demo Tap&Eat to restaurant owners and managers.
  • Enter and manage all sales activities in the CRM system (Trello) with discipline.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Support in preparing proposals and contracts under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate handover to Client Success team once the restaurant signs up.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Attend team meetings and share market feedback with the Sales Manager.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience : 1+ years in a sales, field rep, or customer-facing role (preferably in tech, F&B, or SaaS).
  • Comfortable making cold calls, visiting businesses, and closing deals.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Trello, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
  • Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations is a bonus.
  • Education

  • High School diploma or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
