Crumbs (crumb by crumb). After rapid growth in Croatia, we’re ready to launch in Saudi Arabia and need an entrepreneurial Country Manager (CM) to build, steer and scale the business from day one. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS You'll be the heartbeat of Crumbs in Saudi Arabia—crafting market strategy, signing flagship partners, shaping local marketing and assembling a high‑performing team. Your mission : make food rescue the new normal across Riyadh and beyond. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Market strategy, growth & commercial success

– Localise HQ plans, choose launch cities, pitch and close deals with retailers and F&B chains, and smash revenue and activation targets. Operations & team building

– Recruit and coach sales, partner‑success and marketing squads; refine processes for speed and quality. Financial ownership

– Hold full P&L responsibility : forecast, budget and optimise spend to meet burn and profitability goals. Brand advocacy, stakeholders & product insights

– Represent Crumbs at events, in media and with regulators; nurture key relationships; channel partner and user feedback to HQ so product and tooling evolve with market needs. 5 + years in a high‑growth startup, scale‑up or tech marketplace leading cross‑functional teams. Proven record in B2B / B2B2C sales, business development or general management. Solid command of unit economics, KPIs and data‑driven decision making. Fluency in Arabic and English. Stellar communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Passion for circular economy, social impact and, of course, great food. EXTRA INGREDIENTS WE LOVE (NICE‑TO‑HAVE) Network within Saudi Arabia's retail, HoReCa or food‑tech landscape. Experience running multi‑city operations or launching new markets.
