Description

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries, providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.

Essential Job Functions

Develop target list and initiate contact with potential customers through sales phone calls and cold calling.

Introduce the company and its services to potential customers and build ongoing relationships.

Work with customers across verticals to understand their needs and align our products and services.

Collaborate with management to build a dynamic sales organization.

Develop a strategic sales plan and pipeline aligned with the company's goals.

Work Experience Requirements

Increase business with established and new customers over time.

People management skills.

Excellent sales & presentation skills.

Strong client-facing skills with a consultative approach.

Entrepreneurial experience and goal-driven focus.

Excellent communication skills.

Efficient planning and time management.

Knowledge of multi-modal and supply chain operations; vertical expertise in Oil & Gas, Automotive, Industrial, or Retail is a plus.

Other Skills and Abilities

Demonstrable sales experience on country or regional levels.

Proficiency in CRM systems for opportunity assessment and sales pipeline management.

Willingness to travel.
