We are partnering with this luxury hospitality group to find them a Director of Housekeeping for one of their gorgeous resort properties!

Role

As Director of Housekeeping, you will lead and oversee all housekeeping operations across the property, including guest rooms, villas, residences, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence are consistently delivered. You will work closely with other departmental leaders to create seamless guest experiences, while inspiring and developing a large, multicultural housekeeping team to achieve operational brilliance and innovation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing and improving housekeeping operations across all areas of the property, ensuring consistency in cleanliness, presentation, and service, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
