We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect with over 15 years of professional experience to provide strategic design guidance and technical problem-solving for a major development project in Riyadh. The role involves conducting high-level design reviews, offering technical analysis, and supporting the design team and consultants with expert input throughout the project lifecycle. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong architectural foundation, critical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex design challenges across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture and design leadership.

Proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale projects.

Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to solve design challenges effectively.

Experience in high-level design review and governance.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree or professional accreditation preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Familiarity with regional design standards and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.

Responsibilities

Provide architectural leadership and design oversight across all project phases.

Conduct high-level design reviews to ensure alignment with project vision, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Offer technical analysis and problem-solving support to internal teams and external consultants.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and optimize solutions.

Ensure design integrity and consistency across all workstreams.

Support the development of design strategies, guidelines, and frameworks.

Engage with stakeholders to communicate design intent and resolve technical queries.

Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development.
