Enterprise Solution Architect Manager

SWATX is looking for a dedicated Enterprise Solution Architect Manager to lead our solutions architecture team in architecting robust and scalable technology solutions that align with our corporate strategies. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for mentoring architects, guiding technical design discussions, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-level solutions.

As the Enterprise Solution Architect Manager, you will play a critical role in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into actionable architectural plans. You will oversee the development of architectural standards and best practices, as well as facilitate the integration of new technologies into our existing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain architectural guidelines, templates, and frameworks to streamline solution development.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and professional development within the architecture team.
• Coordinate with IT security, compliance, and governance teams to establish best practices and mitigate risks.
• Present architectural concepts and projects to various stakeholders, providing clarity and fostering collaboration.
