Your Role : As an Enterprise Architect, you will design and implement enterprise-wide IT solutions that align with our business strategy. Your responsibilities include creating architectural blueprints, guiding technology decisions, and ensuring IT systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities : Regularly improve IT operation processes & policies, building on top of the recently developed ITOM (IT Operations Management) framework. Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and roadmaps with a focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Align IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring Oracle Cloud adoption supports organizational goals. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Oracle Cloud solutions. Assess current IT infrastructure and applications, identify gaps, and recommend OCI-based improvements. Oversee the migration and implementation of enterprise solutions on Oracle Cloud, ensuring compliance with architecture standards. Collaborate with IT and business teams to define Oracle-based technology solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Lead technology evaluations, including Oracle Cloud services, data architecture, and emerging Oracle technologies. Establish governance models and best practices for Oracle Cloud systems and processes. Ensure security, compliance, and risk management are embedded into Oracle Cloud enterprise architecture. Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams, fostering Oracle Cloud expertise. What You Need : 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or solution architecture, with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud (OCI). Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including Compute, Networking, Storage, Autonomous Database, Exadata, and Security. Experience in Oracle Cloud migration, hybrid cloud models, and multi-cloud strategies. Deep knowledge of Oracle microservices, APIs, DevOps, data architecture, and cybersecurity. Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or SAFe. Hands-on experience with Oracle DevOps tools, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Oracle Resource Manager. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or manufacturing with Oracle Cloud solutions is a plus. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Architect Professional). Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Fusion Applications, or PeopleSoft on Oracle Cloud. Strong understanding of Oracle AI / ML, automation, and blockchain technologies. Knowledge of Oracle Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing.
