Trust Information Technology – a proud ManageEngine Golden Partner in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Deliver impactful product demos & POCs
- Engage with clients to understand their IT needs
- Map solutions using ManageEngine tools (OpManager, ServiceDesk Plus, ADManager Plus, etc.)
- Support sales teams with technical proposals and compliance-aligned architecture
- Conduct workshops, webinars & presales presentations
- Stay updated on ITSM, ITOM, IAM, SIEM, and compliance (NCA, ISO, HIPAA…)
