AI Presales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and analysis to the sales team for all presales requirements.
• Assist the Sales Team in requirement gathering by attending client meetings to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Develop AI, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM), Bills of Quantities (BoQ), and both Technical & Commercial Proposals.
• Generate outputs such as Technical & Commercial Proposals, Executive Summaries, Demonstrations, and Effort Estimates.
• Prepare costing sheets and executive summaries.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs during the sales process.
• Support the Sales Team in defining the scope of work and calculating budgets for customer RFPs.
• Present solutions remotely to clients using virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
• Assist the Sales Team in upselling and exploring new opportunities through analysis.
• Support the bidding team in tender qualification and analysis.
• Validate technical inputs from the technical team when preparing proposals.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for new opportunities.
• Ensure smooth handover of successful opportunities to the project team and provide support as needed.
• Conduct market research to identify solutions to consumer requirements and communicate with vendors as necessary.
• Collaborate with vendors to facilitate project needs.
• Review technical and commercial proposals alongside the costing sheet with the direct manager.
