Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business growth initiatives. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth for Odoo ERP and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP and IT solutions market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to create proposals, presentations, and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales management , preferably in ERP or IT solutions.Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo ERP , is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage and mentor a sales team to achieve targets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Why Join Us?
