HR Operations Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This is a

full-time

position. The HR Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including HR systems, policies, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, data analytics, and team management. Responsibilities

Manage HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals. Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and regulations. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. Administer employee benefits programs. Develop and deliver HR training programs. Manage HR data and analytics to support decision-making. Contribute to HR process improvements. Manage and mentor the HR Operations team. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Proven experience in HR Operations Management, preferably in a multinational organization. Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law. Experience with HR systems and processes. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred. Additional Details
