This regional role requires a results-driven HR professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance, optimizing HR functions, and traveling on short notice as needed.
Responsibilities
Oversee HR operations in the Saudi branch.
Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and healthcare regulations.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to drive efficiency.
Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a strong work culture.
Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Implement training and development programs aligned with business objectives.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement strategies.
Travel as required to oversee HR activities across the region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of senior HR experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and digitally fluent.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
