The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-caliber and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Delivering delegated elements of the annual business plan within deadlines and budget. Leading and managing design resources and daily operations across projects. Acting as the focal point for all design-related matters. Presenting KPIs and management review data to project and sub-function leadership. Supporting business development and work-winning activities. Leading the development and delivery of relevant training. Ensuring adherence to management systems, roles, and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle. Recommending and implementing changes to delivery plans, developing new tools and processes. Influencing procurement strategies and addressing contractual and legal aspects. Collaborating with PMO teams to ensure coordinated deliverables. Leveraging company resources and centre of excellence knowledge for continuous improvement. Actively contributing to net-zero carbon goals by identifying, managing and reducing emissions throughout project delivery.

You’ll Need To Have

Relevant MEA experience. Degree qualification. Relevant professional membership. Proven experience in the successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes. Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects / programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
