JASARA PMC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Design Manager specializing in Theme Park - Rides and Attractions to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for leading the design and development of exciting and world-class rides and attractions within theme park projects. As the Senior Design Manager, you will collaborate with a team of designers, engineers, and industry experts to create unique and thrilling experiences for guests. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of magical and memorable attractions that will delight visitors of all ages.

Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of rides and attractions within theme park projects Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of design elements Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality attractions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for theme park rides Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members throughout the design process

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in design management, with a focus on theme park rides and attractions Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and innovative ride designs Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and lead a team In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for theme park attractions Proficiency in design software and tools related to theme park ride design Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients Passion for creating unique and unforgettable guest experiences in theme park environments
