Senior Design Manager - (RC)

JASARA PMC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Design Manager - (RC) , where 'RC' refers to Reinforced Concrete, to join our talented team. Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of reinforced concrete structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural design with architectural and MEP systems.
• Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications related to reinforced concrete.
• Ensure timely delivery of design documents to support project schedules and milestones.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations affecting reinforced concrete design.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
