Senior Design Manager

The Senior Design Manager at JASARA PMC will lead and enhance architectural design efforts for various projects, ensuring that innovate and functional designs align with strategic objectives. This role involves managing a dynamic team of architects and designers, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams while adhering to quality and safety standards. The Senior Design Manager plays a crucial role in shaping project outcomes from initial concept through to final execution, emphasizing design excellence and innovation. Responsibilities : Manage scope, schedule, and resource allocation for design projects. Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Facilitate design integration across various disciplines. Promote safety in all design processes. Review and provide quality control over design deliverables. Qualifications : Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. A minimum of 15 years’ experience in architectural design management. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite. Deep understanding of sustainable design practices and codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
