Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Design Manager - (RC) , where 'RC' refers to Reinforced Concrete, to join our talented team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of design related to reinforced concrete structures within our diverse projects. Your expertise will ensure the projects are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with best practices and client specifications. Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of reinforced concrete structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural design with architectural and MEP systems.
• Review and approve design calculations, drawings, and specifications related to reinforced concrete.
• Ensure timely delivery of design documents to support project schedules and milestones.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations affecting reinforced concrete design.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in structural design management with a focus on reinforced concrete.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of design software and tools used in reinforced concrete design.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing design teams.
• Proven ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and stakeholders.
