Uniphore is a global leader in Business AI, helping enterprises transform customer and employee experiences through AI, knowledge, and automation. As part of our expansion across the Middle East, we are seeking a proven enterprise sales professional in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on building trusted connections with executives and decision-makers across government, financial services, telecom, energy, and giga-projects. You will shape Uniphore’s growth in the Kingdom by engaging with senior stakeholders, navigating complex buying processes, and closing multi-million USD SaaS / AI / CX agreements aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full sales cycle in KSA, from pipeline creation to deal closure.
- Build and strengthen relationships with C-suite and government-level stakeholders.
- Expand our AI partner ecosystem in the Kingdom.
- Position Uniphore as a trusted strategic partner for Vision 2030 initiatives.
- Manage long, multifaceted sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
- Deliver on ambitious revenue and growth objectives.
- Represent Uniphore at key government forums, industry events, and executive briefings.
What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years of enterprise software sales experience in KSA (AI, CX, SaaS, automation, cloud).A strong track record of closing large-scale deals with ministries, regulators, telecom operators, banks, and national enterprises.The ability to engage credibly with senior executives and government officials.Deep understanding of Saudi business culture and procurement processes.Arabic language skills preferred; cultural fluency in the Saudi market essential.Based in Riyadh, with flexibility for regional travel.Why Uniphore
