Labiba for Artificial Intelligence . Maintain overall accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our technology products. Implement chatbot projects utilizing our platform. Create product demonstrations in person and online, tailored to the client’s needs. Manage key accounts, acting as the point of contact for projects. Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, and timelines. Strive to continuously improve our project management processes and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adopt best practices and new methodologies. Provide regular communication to management regarding client concerns and feedback. Conduct periodic reviews with clients and recommend new products / services as appropriate. Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies for our products and services. This role is best suited for a fast learner who is not afraid to explore the undiscovered territories of Artificial Intelligence.
