Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to lead our efforts in attracting, assessing, and onboarding early-career talent. This is a high-impact role focused on building talent pipelines, partnering with universities, and optimizing the hiring journey for fresh graduates and key commercial roles. The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with strong recruitment experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to attract, assess, and onboard early-career talent.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for fresh graduates and strategic commercial roles.
• Partner with universities and academic programs to establish and grow graduate hiring pipelines and strategic partnerships.
• Optimize the end-to-end hiring journey to improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
