Tele-Sales Executive
Objective of the Role
To generate and nurture leads via telephone (inbound and outbound), convert prospects into clients, support the sales pipeline, and contribute significantly to Adzone’s business growth in Dammam by maintaining high response rates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients; follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Qualify leads, understand clients’ needs, provide information about Adzone’s services (architecture, interior design, sustainable design, etc.).
- Maintain and update CRM / sales management software with accurate client data, call logs, follow-ups, outcomes.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to coordinate proposals, pricing, and timelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly telesales targets (number of calls, appointments set, conversion rates).
- Provide excellent after-call customer service and follow-through to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and service-based opportunities in the Dammam region.
- Assist in crafting scripts, sales materials, and communication collateral.
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in telesales / inside sales roles (services / design field is a plus).Arabic & English (written & verbal).Strong computer literacy; comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), possibly other sales or project management software.Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently.Familiarity with the design / architecture / interiors market is advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
