Sales Executives

to join its growing team. This role is suited for professionals with a strong background in insurance sales who are driven to exceed targets and build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the department head. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and existing client relationships. Represent the company professionally during client meetings, industry events, and networking activities. Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance reports. Drive acquisition of new accounts and contribute to overall business growth. Support clients with policy renewals, queries, and claims in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications

Must be a Saudi national or has a Saudi parent. 3 to 15 years of experience in the insurance or brokerage industry, preferably in sales. Strong knowledge of insurance products and services including : medical, motor, property, liability, marine, and life. Proven negotiation skills to secure competitive terms with insurers. Understanding of underwriting principles, risk assessment, and pricing. Clear and persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written) with clients and insurers. Reliability in managing follow-ups, meeting deadlines, and honoring client commitments. Familiarity with policy issuance workflows and related documentation. Ability to prepare professional proposals and sales documentation. Strong resilience and motivation to achieve targets despite challenges or rejection. Professional email and correspondence etiquette. Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Benefits
