Role Description
We are looking for a
Sales Specialist
to join our Sela Modern Food Factory team. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales growth within the food manufacturing sector by expanding our client base, strengthening distributor and retailer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the food industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the food industry in Saudi Arabia. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and margins. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food manufacturing sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and implement effective strategies. Experience with client relationship management and retention. Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
