Human Resources Manager (Saudi National)

Role Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function at both operational and strategic levels to support the achievement of business objectives. The HR Manager will be part of the local management team and will ensure the effective management of key HR processes, delivering accurate reporting and insights to the Country Manager and Group HR.

Working closely with the HR team, the role leads day-to-day HR operations and provides ongoing support to business activities in Saudi Arabia. The position plays a key part in recruitment, employee development, training, and retention, while driving alignment with overall business goals.

SAR 25,000-30,000 + bonus

Strategic & Leadership

• Contribute to HR strategy, planning, and budgeting.
• Advise management on HR policies, structure, and workforce matters.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team with clear growth plans.
• Foster effective internal communication, engagement, and CSR participation.
