Job Purpose : The Esports Worldcup Foundation is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Manager - Growth Markets to lead strategic marketing efforts in emerging esports regions, with a primary focus on China. This individual will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities for growth, developing data-driven strategies, and executing marketing plans in collaboration with agencies and partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the esports ecosystem in Asia, particularly in China, and possess a proven ability to navigate complex multicultural environments.

Duties And Responsibilities

Market Blueprint Development

• Design a comprehensive blueprint for identifying and prioritizing growth markets within the esports industry.
• Develop and implement KPIs and frameworks to assess market potential and measure success.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes.
