We are seeking a dynamic, culturally fluent Marketing Manager to lead Mach49’s brand strategy and communications in Saudi Arabia. This role is focused on shaping our local voice, building market awareness, and ensuring our positioning resonates with senior audiences and institutions advancing Vision 2030. You will lead content creation, marketing campaigns, and channel strategy tailored for the Saudi market — amplifying our thought leadership and supporting business development efforts. This is a highly strategic role, ideal for someone with deep marketing experience, storytelling acumen, and a pulse on local market dynamics. Reporting to the Managing Partner – GCC, you will play a key role in defining how Mach49 shows up across Saudi Arabia’s innovation ecosystem. Develop and lead localized marketing strategies aligned with Mach49’s global brand and regional growth goals Create compelling thought leadership content, including articles, executive comms, and social media messaging Build relationships with local media, journalists, and ecosystem enablers to increase earned visibility Execute Saudi-specific campaigns that reflect cultural nuance and drive engagement with priority audiences Serve as a brand steward — ensuring all communications reflect Saudi business culture and social context Localize visual assets, presentations, and messaging for the market Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging with venture launches, client activations, and strategic engagements Experience

5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy within Saudi Arabia, with a demonstrated ability to shape narratives and drive audience engagement Deep knowledge of Saudi cultural dynamics and innovation landscape A strong personal or professional network within KSA — ideally spanning media, government, entrepreneurship circles, or the innovation ecosystem Fluency in Arabic and English, with exceptional writing and messaging instincts in both languages Experience in startups, accelerators, or venture-building environments a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred Candidate must be a Saudi National Benefits
