Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Lead digital and offline campaigns, monitor performance, and report on KPIs. Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in real estate and hospitality. Mentor and support the marketing team to achieve high performance. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience managing successful marketing campaigns (preferably in real estate, travel, hospitality, or digital platforms). Proven track record in launching high-impact campaigns and achieving growth. Experience in dynamic, fast-paced, or startup environments. Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
