Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and passionate Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR guidance and support on all people-related matters
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and enhance business performance
• Manage employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts in a timely manner
• Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and development programs
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance workforce effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global HR initiatives and best practices
